This time, three 100KG batch gas phase deposition furnaces were delivered. After undergoing rigorous full-process testing, they were smoothly dispatched and precisely arrived at the customer's R&D pilot base. This delivery not only marks an important milestone in the fourth cooperation between the two parties but also signifies a breakthrough in the large-scale production equipment for silicon-carbon anode materials, injecting strong impetus into the technological upgrade of the new energy industry.

The core process equipment delivered this time is custom-built to meet the client's core requirements for the R&D of silicon-carbon anode materials. It precisely addresses the three key pain points in the industry’s R&D phase—high risks of manual operations, low cooling efficiency, and difficulties in controlling small-volume gas flow—thus achieving comprehensive technological breakthroughs.

In terms of safety performance, the equipment innovatively integrates a PLC-linked automatic lid-opening system. Eliminating the need for manual contact with the high-temperature furnace throughout the process, it not only prevents scalding risks but also reduces the interference of human operations on process stability. For efficiency improvement, it adopts a water-cooled jacketed cooling reactor design, which can rapidly cool the material temperature to below 80℃, cutting the cooling time by 40% compared with traditional equipment and effectively avoiding material quality fluctuations caused by slow cooling. In terms of process precision, precise control via an electronic flowmeter combined with PID program control enables micron-level regulation of gas proportioning, ensuring a stable reaction atmosphere and providing reliable support for the uniform coating of silicon-carbon anode materials.

The entire equipment realizes full-process intelligent control from feeding to discharging, ultimately delivering outstanding performance: the material yield is stably maintained above 97%, and the coating uniformity is 15% higher than the industry average. This provides solid data support for the client’s subsequent process optimization and performance testing.
