Two sets of silicon-carbon high-temperature vapor-phase carbon coating and supporting facilities, custom-designed for a leading industry client, were successfully completed and shipped on schedule to the project site. As the first batch of key projects to be delivered by the company in 2026, these two sets of equipment closely align with the industry's core needs and pain points, integrating six critical innovative achievements to achieve comprehensive breakthroughs in technical performance and application efficiency.  1. An innovative material recycling process solution significantly improves material utilization through core technology iteration, reaching 98.8%, providing robust technical support for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.  2. Optimized safety explosion-proof protection design establishes a full-process safety protection loop, comprehensively elevating equipment operational safety levels.  3. Innovative heating layout design ensures uniform and efficient heat coverage, effectively safeguarding process stability and product consistency.  4. Specialized development of anti-condensation structures precisely addresses common industry technical challenges, markedly enhancing equipment utilization efficiency.  5. Upgraded gas path sealing connection technology ensures long-term system operation integrity and reliability.  6. Equipped with intelligent control adjustment components, it enables precise operational management, fully adapting to diverse demands of complex production scenarios.


Since the launch of the project, the company has established a technical backbone special working group to coordinate multiple departments such as scientific research, production, and quality control.
