Rotary furnace

&Nbsp; Rotary furnace is a common type of equipment in kiln equipment. Generally, the furnace body of a rotary furnace is a long steel cylinder lined with refractory materials. The furnace body is supported on several pairs of supporting wheels and has a slope of 3% to 6%. The furnace body is slowly rotated by an electric motor driven by gears. The material is added from the higher tail end and discharged from the lower furnace head end. Fuel (coal powder, heavy oil, or gas fuel) is sprayed into the furnace head end and burned in the furnace. The flue gas is discharged from the higher end (material and flue gas flow in reverse)
