Recently, the equipment installation and commissioning work for a sewage treatment project in Shenzhen, undertaken by Xianyang Keyuan New Material Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Keyuan Company), has been successfully completed. This project carries the important mission of improving the city's water quality and enhancing residents' quality of life. Once completed, the project will significantly improve the local water ecological environment, with an estimated maximum annual treatment capacity of 5 million cubic meters, and will assist enterprises and local governments in achieving ecological and environmental protection goals.
Due to the large scale, tight schedule, and high technical requirements of the Shenzhen sewage treatment project, multiple work fronts needed to be advanced simultaneously during construction. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, all personnel on the construction site adopted a 5+2 no-rest work schedule. From basic construction to equipment installation and pipeline laying, a 'multi-line combat, coordinated advancement' strategy was implemented, breaking down the entire project into several small objectives and tackling them one by one. During the commissioning period, the equipment operated at full load stably, with treatment efficiency and energy consumption performance exceeding expectations, earning high recognition from the client.
The successful commissioning of the Shenzhen wastewater treatment project not only demonstrates Keyuan Company's technological innovation capabilities in the field of water treatment but also highlights the broad prospects of domestic and intelligent environmental protection equipment.
