Time is history, time is money, and time is even more the cornerstone of enterprise development. In response to the call for the group's 100-day intense campaign, at the construction site of the Shenzhen wastewater treatment project of the Pump Division of Xianyang Keyuan New Material Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Keyuan New Material Equipment"), the roar of machines is accompanied by the busy and orderly figures of workers. Everyone is racing against time to seize the construction period, making an all-out effort to ensure the project is completed on schedule and with high quality.

Technology Breakthrough — Customized Ceramic Plunger Pumps Solve the Safety Space Challenge
The Shenzhen sewage treatment project carries the important mission of improving the urban water environment and enhancing residents' quality of life. Due to the large daily sewage treatment volume and limited installation space, if traditional small-flow pumps were used, 8–10 units would be required to meet the client's flow requirements, which could not be installed within the limited space. Therefore, Keyuan New Material Equipment specially recommended the YB500-200 ceramic plunger pump. This pump has a rated working pressure of 2.0 MPa, can handle sludge concentrations of 30,000 mg/L, and a treatment flow exceeding 200 m³/h. Owing to its advantages of small footprint and high flow, three YB500-200 ceramic plunger pumps are sufficient to meet the client's flow requirements, saving equipment purchase costs while also reducing subsequent operational and maintenance costs.
All-hands effort — Sprinting project milestones with the 5-2 non-stop mode
Due to the large scale, tight schedule, and high technical requirements of the Shenzhen sewage treatment project, multiple work fronts needed to be advanced simultaneously during construction. All personnel on the construction site adopted a 5-2 non-stop work mode, foregoing vacations. From basic construction to equipment installation and pipeline laying, various phases implemented a 'multi-line operations, coordinated advancement' strategy, breaking the entire project into several small goals and tackling them one by one.

Focusing on both quality and efficiency — fulfilling the environmental mission through high-quality projects
The project team for the Shenzhen wastewater treatment project has always adhered to the principle of 'quality first' and strictly followed standardized construction procedures. From the arrival of equipment to the installation process, every step is carefully checked to ensure the project quality meets technical requirements. The project’s chief manager, Yang Song, stated, 'We not only aim to complete the tasks on time, but also to create a high-quality project.' During the hundred-day sprint, team members worked overtime and overcame challenges, demonstrating the 'Keyuan spirit' through their actions.
