Recently, our company (Xianyang Keyuan New Material Equipment Co., Ltd.) successfully delivered a batch of high-performance ceramic plunger pumps to a wastewater treatment project for a certain group in Shenzhen. These pumps are specially designed for handling high concentration and highly corrosive wastewater.
The core features of the ceramic plunger pump delivered this time include a system working pressure of up to 15 MPa, a working pressure range of 0-2.0 MPa, a flow rate of no less than 200 m3/h, and the ability to handle a sludge concentration of ≥ 20,000 mg/L, with an annual processing capacity of up to 1.72 million cubic meters. Compared to traditional pumps, it occupies a smaller footprint, saving space (equipment dimensions 2850*2250*2650). The ceramic plunger is made of alumina material, with a hardness of ≥ 85 HRA and a surface roughness of 0.4 μm, which fundamentally reduces wear on the plunger from solid particles in the sewage. All flow components are made of stainless steel, thus addressing the damage caused by corrosive substances in the sewage to the pump body. The PLC intelligent control system monitors pressure/flow curves in real-time, achieving full visibility and control over pressure and flow. It features automatic abnormal alarm and fault prediction, preventing equipment overload or operation with faults, making equipment maintenance simpler and quicker.
