In January 2026, at the beginning of the Year of the Horse (Bingwu), the on-site installation and commissioning work for the Hengling Water Purification Project, undertaken by Xianyang Keyuan New Materials Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Keyuan Company), was successfully completed.
The project employs a YB400-120 ceramic plunger pump, which is a custom-designed model developed by Keyuan Company to address the limited installation space constraints faced by enterprises. The pump features an integrated oil cylinder design, ensuring that the overall installation height remains below 2 meters without compromising flow rate, pressure, or the pump's overall performance. Additionally, it adopts a single-side feed and discharge structure, occupying only a footprint of 1.8*1.4 meters, making it easy to install and more space-efficient.
The Hengling Water Purification Project has a daily wastewater treatment capacity of approximately 10,000 cubic meters, with an annual maximum capacity expected to reach 3.65 million cubic meters. Upon smooth operation, the project will effectively improve local water quality and enhance residents' living standards while supporting enterprises and local governments in achieving ecological environmental protection goals, injecting green momentum into local water environment governance and ecological civilization construction.
