
Recently, Xianyang Keyuan New Material Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Keyuan New Material Equipment") officially signed a purchase and sale contract with a domestic carbon-based new material enterprise, successfully reaching a cooperation agreement on the electrothermal intermittent alkali activation rotary kiln project. Leveraging Keyuan New Material Equipment's spot reserves and efficient supply chain organization capabilities, the equipment underwent full-process quality inspection, loading, and shipment within a short period of time after signing the contract. Currently, installation and commissioning preparations are being simultaneously advanced. This equipment will serve as the core equipment for its high-end porous carbon material production line, supporting the first-phase production capacity target of 500 tons per year, laying a solid foundation for subsequent large-scale expansion.
This project is specifically designed to meet the core needs of customers in the activated carbon preparation process. Firstly, it addresses the challenge of corrosion of furnace tubes. The furnace tubes are made of special materials resistant to alkali corrosion and undergo surface modification processes, significantly enhancing their resistance to chemical attack and extending the service life of core components. Secondly, it comprehensively avoids the risk of alkali explosion by optimizing equipment structural design and feed control, precisely regulating reaction temperature, reducing the risk of uncontrolled reaction of alkali materials from the source, and ensuring safety throughout the entire production process. Thirdly, it ensures compliant emission of tail gas. An intelligent tail gas treatment system is equipped to achieve efficient capture and compliant emission of harmful gases, eliminating the safety hazards of tail gas leakage. Fourthly, it enhances process precision. Multi-zone independent temperature control and intelligent programming systems, coupled with precise atmosphere regulation technology, ensure the consistency and repeatability of the activation reaction, providing stable guarantees for the high-quality production of porous carbon materials.
