New beginnings in September! Great news! CBRI (Shaanxi) Equipment successfully secured two major orders for complete sets of thermal treatment equipment for porous carbon new materials! The projects will be implemented in a domestic coal chemical enterprise and a new materials company in Xinjiang, achieving a dual landing of asphalt-based and resin-based mainstream porous carbon process routes. Using coal chemical asphalt and synthetic resin precursors as raw materials, the equipment will produce porous carbon substrates for lithium battery silicon-carbon anodes, accelerating the industrialization of silicon-carbon anode materials. This demonstrates our company's robust comprehensive strength in the field of new energy porous carbon equipment!
1. Continuous Alkali-Activated Asphalt Production Line (Annual Capacity: 1,000 Tons)
For the continuous alkali activation process of asphalt based raw materials, this production line covers activation, water washing, passivation and other processes, including curing section and alkali activation section. The solidification unit adopts a vertical solidification device, which not only reduces the equipment footprint and investment intensity, but also ensures uniform material granulation; The alkali activation section adopts a rotary activation equipment, which significantly reduces the operating cost, footprint, and investment intensity compared to traditional roller furnace activation equipment. The equipment adopts a special sealing structure and a self-developed material plate structure to ensure long-term stable and continuous operation, effectively overcoming industry equipment pain points such as material wall sticking and flash explosion, and fully meeting the needs of large-scale industrial production.
2、 Resin based complete production line (with an annual output of thousands of tons)
Serving the silicon carbon negative electrode integration project of Xinjiang New Materials Enterprise, this set is a multi process complete set of furnace assembly, covering the three key heat treatment processes of carbonization, alkali activation, and coating. It achieves full process heat treatment pore modification for resin based carbonaceous materials after pre carbonization. Multiple rotary furnaces are coordinated and linked, relying on reliable temperature control, gas control, and mechanical structure to ensure smooth material flow and coordinated matching of process parameters between each process, effectively ensuring batch consistency of products and achieving stable production of resin based porous carbon and silicon carbon on a large scale.
Two production lines are equipped with intelligent integrated control solutions, complete safety protection systems, support process data traceability, and are connected to the factory's intelligent management platform. Based on the core technology of process and equipment, the production line has a high degree of automation and stable and reliable operation, which can solve the industry pain points such as uneven heating, high operating costs, and large batch fluctuations in the preparation of porous carbon alkali activation. With mature processes and domestically produced complete sets of equipment with high stability, it fully meets the needs of large-scale production and lays a solid equipment foundation for the industrialization of silicon carbon negative electrodes, porous carbon, and capacitor carbon.
