On June 30th, Caineng Era organized a special visit team for silicon carbon negative electrodes to visit China National Building Materials (Shaanxi) New Materials Equipment Co., Ltd. for technical research and industry exchange. This event is closely related to the urgent needs of the development of the lithium battery negative electrode industry, focusing on core industry issues such as core technology of lithium battery negative electrode thermal equipment, optimization of mass production processes, and energy-saving and efficiency improvement plans. Through on-site observation and discussion, in-depth docking will be carried out to accurately empower the coordinated development of the industry chain.

Professor Yue Zhihao, Chairman of Jiangxi Jiangxi Jiangxi Copper Silicon Ying New Energy, Liu Donghua, Founder of Caineng Era, Wang Kunming, General Manager of Qingdao Xinke Mingyu Trading Co., Ltd., and Wu Songlin, Marketing Manager of Suzhou Newmut Nano Technology, participated in this research. The research team successively went into small-scale experimental workshops and production workshops to conduct on-site inspections of the processing technology flow, manufacturing accuracy control system, and full chain quality control mechanism of lithium battery special equipment. General Manager Jia Jun, combined with the practical application scenarios of silicon carbon anode industrialization, simultaneously explained to the visiting guests the process adaptation logic of different specifications of lithium battery special rotary furnaces, focusing on the core technology advantages of equipment in precise control of closed atmosphere, segmented gradient temperature control, and continuous stable discharge. The company's self-developed lithium battery specific rotary furnace can fully adapt to the process requirements of high-temperature carbonization of silicon carbon composite powder, gas-phase coating, and high-temperature calcination of porous carbon and hard carbon. It can customize exclusive production curves according to the sintering characteristics of different materials, covering the entire process from small-scale research and development, pilot testing to mass production of tens of thousands of tons. The mature and stable performance of the equipment has been fully recognized by the research team.

After the on-site observation, both parties immediately held a special technical symposium to conduct in-depth discussions on the key difficulties in the industrialization of rotary furnaces. The focus was on four core issues: optimizing the CVD coating atmosphere and temperature control of silicon carbon materials, energy-saving transformation of mass production calcination equipment, operation and control of continuous rotary furnace production lines, and customized selection of equipment with different production capacities, exchanging opinions and building consensus. General Manager Jia Jun stated that the production capacity of the domestic silicon carbon negative electrode industry continues to expand, and the process adaptability of thermal equipment is the core key to ensuring stable performance of finished products. The company can provide customized integrated rotary furnace production lines and full process process process debugging services based on customer material characteristics and actual production capacity needs, effectively helping industry chain partners improve quality and reduce costs, and achieve stable mass production.
