
Recently, the self-developed annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of electric thermal continuous atmosphere rotary furnace by China National Building Material (Shaanxi) New Materials Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully passed the factory acceptance and was fully assembled and shipped, ready to be deployed in the lithium battery resource recycling project. The equipment adopts a dual-stage heating and cooling integrated architecture, specifically tailored to the unique working conditions of lithium battery black powder. The two major units operate efficiently in coordination while maintaining their respective functions. The heating unit is equipped with a multi-zone independent temperature control system, paired with high-temperature heat-resistant alloy furnace tubes and high-performance insulation linings, ensuring precise and stable temperature regulation. The furnace features exclusive material agitation, flow guidance, and anti-adhesion structures, enabling uniform heating and smooth material transport, effectively preventing common issues such as material clumping and furnace body corrosion at the source.
The cooling unit is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and equipped with an efficient spray water cooling system, enabling rapid material temperature reduction. It is paired with water vapor collection and exhaust ventilation devices to comply with regulations for handling waste gases and vapors, ensuring clean and environmentally friendly production. Additionally, the equipment features a composite sealing structure, inert gas supply, and online atmosphere monitoring module, precisely adapting to the complex thermal cracking conditions of materials and effectively preventing dust and gas leakage.
Relying on a fully uninterrupted flow and seamless process connection operation mode, the equipment ensures uniform and stable quality of batch products.
