The special equipment for activated carbon carbonization is a new type of equipment developed by our factory. In today's increasingly serious environmental problems, environmental protection equipment is receiving more and more attention. The special equipment for activated carbon carbonization is composed of four major equipment: a gasifier, a flue gas purification system, a carbonization machine, and a cooling machine. The materials are first burned in the gasifier to produce flue gas, which is filtered out by the flue gas purification system to remove gas impurities such as wood tar and oil smoke. The flue gas is then transported into the carbonization machine for combustion. When a certain temperature is reached, the carbonization machine adds materials that need to be carbonized, which are then transported through pipelines to cause the materials to burn in the carbonization machine, The combustion of organic matter needs to meet three requirements: heat, oxygen, and organic matter. Because the inside of the carbonization machine is basically sealed, it cannot meet the demand for oxygen. Therefore, the material will not burn into ash after adjusting the speed of the conveying device inside the carbonization machine at a high temperature of 800 degrees Celsius, but will only burn into charcoal. The smoke generated by the materials burned in the special equipment for activated carbon carbonization is purified and then returned to the carbonization machine for combustion, allowing the machine's thermal energy to operate continuously, achieving smoke-free, environmentally friendly, and continuous effects. The carbon is transported through a cooling machine for cooling, so that the temperature when it comes out is only 50-80 degrees. During the transportation process, the carbon comes into full contact with the air. If the material has a high density and is relatively thick, although there is no open flame on the surface, there may be sparks in the core of the material, which may self ignite. It is necessary to install a mist like spraying device to cool the carbon again to completely eliminate the source of fire
