They focused on thorough communication regarding key issues such as the scaling of 100kg and 200kg CVD furnace production lines, safety performance indicators, and process stability assurance applications, reaching multiple technical consensuses.
After the exchange meeting, the G14 delegation proceeded to the experimental workshop and production workshop for on-site inspections.
