The project took more than five months from the signing of the contract to the smooth delivery. The equipment is dedicated to the continuous high-temperature treatment of lithium iron phosphate. The furnace tube is about 40 meters long and has a diameter of 2 meters. Multiple production lines operate simultaneously, with a single unit producing over 10000 tons of lithium iron phosphate annually. It is divided into high-temperature furnaces, low-temperature furnaces, cooling furnaces, platforms, silos, etc. It is packaged and shipped in five vehicles. The calcination furnace is designed as an integrated unit, with a humanized layout, and adopts a heat treatment process under a protective atmosphere to complete the sintering process of the product, which has material protection The advantages include uniform heat, sufficient reaction, good product consistency, stable and reliable equipment operation, simple use and maintenance, and high efficiency and energy conservation
