During the operation of the rotary furnace, in addition to controlling the temperature inside the furnace, the amount of feeding also has a significant impact on the operational stability and production quality of the kiln. Therefore, the correct method should be mastered when feeding.
1. After the preparation work for feeding the rotary furnace is completed, the feeding can be carried out, and the initial feeding amount should be set at about 1/3 of the normal production value. When the material enters the preheater, increase the speed of the high-temperature fan to make the kiln The negative pressure of the head cover is maintained at around 50Pa, and the negative pressure of the kiln tail is around 300Pa. Then, the decomposition furnace gradually adds coal to over one-third of the normal opening, and gradually adjusts the opening of the third air brake plate to 80% of the normal opening. The kiln speed also gradually increases to about two-thirds of the normal opening. During this process, attention should be paid to the coordination of air and coal materials. The temperature of the C5 discharge pipe should not exceed 900 ℃. When the C1 outlet temperature is lower than the normal temperature+50 ℃, the ignition chimney cap can be closed
2. The rotary furnace is prone to malfunctions after about half an hour of feeding. At this time, more attention should be paid to the temperature and pressure of the preheaters at all levels. If any errors are found, they should be confirmed and dealt with in a timely manner. At the same time, the opening of each fan of the grate cooler and the grate speed of each section of the grate bed should be adjusted according to the clinker discharge situation 3. After about half an hour of feeding, the system gradually enters a stable state (when the temperature of the decomposition furnace and kiln tail is stable, and the kiln current is stable and showing an upward trend, the production operation can be started), and the feeding amount can be gradually increased. Before increasing the feeding amount, the system air flow, coal feeding amount, and kiln speed should be increased. Before the feeding amount reaches 80% of the normal level, it can be increased by 5-10% of the normal amount each time, Faster production rate can be controlled with temperature control. After the temperature of the second and third air stabilizes to normal temperature, gradually increase the feeding amount (at a rate of 3-5% each time, of course, the mixing of air and coal materials must be achieved) to the normal value Excessive or insufficient feeding of the rotary furnace can affect its normal operation stability. Therefore, before operating the kiln, it is necessary to understand its relevant instructions and master the correct feeding methods and skills
