The production of atmosphere sintering furnaces adopts multiple research and development technologies. The Xianyang Ceramic Research Institute has independently developed a new type of high-temperature resistant and high-performance energy-saving atmosphere furnace, which uses high-purity porous molybdenum oxide material and is constructed through a unique process. It also uses a multi-stage intelligent program controller to automatically control the temperature throughout the entire process, with high comprehensive performance indicators and is at a high level both domestically and internationally.
Today, Xianyang Ceramic Research Institute will introduce several different types of furnaces.
Functional atmosphere sintering furnace:In order to control the influence of the surrounding environment on sintered products and adjust the composition of sintered products, the following types of sintering atmospheres with different functions are used in sintering:
1. Oxidative atmospheres, including pure oxygen, air, water vapor, etc., are used for the sintering of precious metals, internal oxidation sintering of oxide dispersion strengthening materials and some electrical contact materials containing oxidizing substances, as well as pre oxidation activation sintering
2. Reducing atmosphere, including hydrogen, decomposition of ammonia, coal gas, conversion of natural gas, etc., is used to reduce oxidized metals during sintering and protect metals from oxidation. It is widely used in sintering of alloy products such as copper, iron, tungsten, molybdenum, etc 3. Inert or neutral atmosphere, including nitrogen, argon, helium, and vacuum 4. Carburization atmosphere, which includes gases such as CO, CH4, and other hydrocarbons, has a carburizing effect on iron and low-carbon steel 5. Nitriding atmosphere, i.e. NH. And for some alloy systems, N2. The above classification can vary for different alloys
