On November 7, the first phase of the annual 1,000-ton silicon-carbon anode material project achieved a key breakthrough. The initial two sets of batch vapor-phase deposition rotary furnaces completed production testing and were officially shipped, marking a phased milestone in the project's construction and laying a core foundation for large-scale production.
The core process equipment for silicon carbon negative electrode materials delivered this time focuses on the key links of silicon carbon and carbon source vapor deposition and coating, integrating multiple industry-leading technologies. The equipment adopts SUS310S high-temperature resistant furnace tubes and is equipped with a seven zone independent temperature control system, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, achieving full process automation control. It has core advantages such as high-precision temperature control, excellent airtightness, and professional explosion-proof design. The material yield exceeds 97%, and various performance indicators remain at the leading level, demonstrating the accumulation of hard core technology and top-notch manufacturing strength.
