From November 3rd to 4th, Xianyang Keyuan New Material Equipment Co., Ltd. The two sides conducted in-depth technical discussions on the key industry topics of solid-state battery sulfide sintering processes and pilot-scale implementation, reaching a consensus on cooperation and laying a foundation for the high-quality development of the industry.
In the field of solid-state batteries, the research and industrialization of sulfide materials are central to industry upgrading. This exchange focused on the technical route of producing lithium sulfide core materials through gas-solid reaction sintering. The technical backbone of both sides fully exchanged views on key bottlenecks such as drainage process optimization, sealing technology upgrading, core material selection, and precise temperature control, ultimately reaching a compatible technical solution to support the advancement of the project.
During the exchange, the university delegation, accompanied by the person in charge of technology at Keyuan New Material Equipment, entered the production workshop to observe the production of core thermal equipment firsthand and gain a detailed understanding of the capabilities in technology research and development, as well as manufacturing processes.
