Visiting and inspecting the Keyuan kiln by Ningxia customers

On June 21st, a client from Ningxia visited our center for inspection and conducted material experiments

Firstly, the customer understands the Keyuan Kiln Enterprise series

Including kiln type, calcination temperature, large output, kiln length, diameter and other related parameters

Secondly, customer experiments

The customer describes the material process carried.

Process requirements: 300 ℃ for half an hour, 400 ℃ for half an hour, rapid heating, full process oxygen protection, tail gas: nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, water output 40-50%, relevant experimental parameters are formulated, trial firing is conducted, and the effect and experimental results are observed
