The controller should be at least 0.5 meters away from the laboratory electric furnace. To ensure the normal operation of the controller, it should not be placed on the electric furnace
2. When wiring, first loosen the screws on the left and right sides of the controller shell, then flip the cover up. After connecting the power cord, connect the controller to the electric furnace and the thermocouple connection wire. Insert the thermocouple into the furnace through the small hole in the thermocouple fixing seat, and block the gap between the hole and the thermoelectric with asbestos rope. Then fix it
3. After checking the wiring is correct, the power can be turned on. First, turn on the power switch. Then, pull the button switch on the rotary furnace controller panel to the open position, adjust the setting button, and set the temperature to the desired degree. If the setting switch is turned to the measurement position, the red light will go out, and there will be a sound of the contactor closing. The electric furnace will be powered on, and the ammeter will indicate the heating current value. The temperature will gradually increase as the temperature inside the furnace increases, Indicates normal operation
