Operating Instructions for Vapor Deposition Furnace

I don't know how much you know about the gas-phase deposition furnace. It is a self-developed kiln equipment by our company, with a wide range of uses and has been favored by customers across the country since its launch.

Operating instructions for the gas-phase deposition furnace:

1. Connect the power cord: This operation is guided by the installation personnel on site.

2. Open the electric furnace door and place the product:

1. Before operation, check whether the inside of the furnace is clean and free of debris.

2 When placing the product, be careful not to touch the heating elements on both sides

After placing, place the second door (maintain a distance of about 2CM between the outer edge of the second door and the outer edge of the furnace mouth)

Then close the furnace door and tighten the furnace door lock

3. Turn on the power switch to set the heating program: see the operating instructions of the temperature controller for details

4. Turn on the heating switch

V. For details on starting the temperature controller, please refer to the operating instructions of the temperature controller

6. Observe whether the SV/PV voltage and current of the electric furnace are normal, and wait for the furnace to warm up and cool down

7. Wait for the furnace temperature to drop below 100 ℃.

1. Turn off the heating switch, then open the furnace door and the second door to remove the product.

2. If continuous use is required, switch to the second part for continuous operation.

3. If no product is used continuously, directly close the furnace door and then turn off the power switch and inlet switch

8. Precautions for the use of gas deposition furnaces:

1. Keep the interior of the furnace clean.

Cut off the power supply when the electric furnace is shut down

Non operators are prohibited from operating. If high-temperature operation is required, wear protective tools and assign a dedicated person to operate

When the electric furnace heats up, it is prohibited to open the furnace door. Emergency operation requires stopping the temperature controller, turning off the heating switch, and cutting off the power before safe operation
