Recently, the centralized pressure supply project for a porcelain factory in Suzhou, undertaken by China National Building Materials (Shaanxi) New Materials Equipment Co., Ltd., has successfully completed all on-site installation and commissioning work, officially entering operation.
Raw material transportation and filtration pressing are the core processes in electrical porcelain production, directly determining product quality and production efficiency. Large-scale filtration presses impose stringent requirements on the stability, compatibility, and continuous operation capabilities of front-end pressure supply equipment. To address the actual production conditions in the factory, the newly implemented centralized pressure supply system adopts a dual-pump coordinated architecture, where two ceramic plunger pumps share a single hydraulic drive system. The compact overall layout ensures stable power output, effectively resolving the high energy consumption and frequent malfunctions associated with traditional multi-unit independent operation, thereby providing reliable support for efficient filtration press operation.
The core component of this system, the ceramic plunger pump, exhibits outstanding comprehensive performance. With a single-unit pressure adjustment range of 0~2.5MPa and a rated flow rate of 18m³/h, both pressure and flow can be flexibly controlled according to production processes, fully matching the entire operation of the 1440m³ high-capacity filter press. The equipment has completely resolved issues such as pressure fluctuations and uneven material supply in traditional conveying systems, effectively improving filtration efficiency and further enhancing raw material purity and finished product yield rates.
Relying on the integrated hydraulic drive design, the entire system enables synchronous operation of dual pump units, perfectly adapting to large-scale continuous production modes. Combined with the wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-sealing characteristics of the ceramic plunger pump, the equipment can long-term accommodate the conveying conditions of electrical porcelain raw materials, significantly reducing wear and maintenance frequency. This helps clients lower costs, improve efficiency, and boost production capacity, supporting enterprises' high-quality development with reliable equipment.
