How to operate a vapor deposition furnace

The vapor deposition furnace is a kiln equipment independently developed by Xianyang Ceramic Research Institute, with a wide range of uses. Once launched, it has been favored by customers across the country

Here are the operating instructions for the vapor deposition furnace:

First, connect the power cord.

, Open the door of the electric furnace to place the product:

1. Before operation, check whether the inside of the furnace is clean and free of debris

When placing the product, be careful not to touch the heating elements on both sides

After placing, place the second door (the outer edge of the second door should be kept about 2CM away from the outer edge of the furnace)

Then close the furnace door and tighten the door lock

3. Turn on the power switch to set the heating program: see the operating instructions of the temperature controller for details

4. Turn on the heating switch

6. Observe whether the SV/PV voltage and current of the electric furnace are normal, and wait for the furnace to warm up and cool down

7. Wait for the furnace temperature to drop below 100 ℃,

2 If continuous use is required, switch to the second part for continuous operation.

3 If no product is used continuously, directly close the furnace door and then turn off the power switch and incoming switch

8. Precautions for use of gas deposition furnace:

1. Keep the inside of the furnace clean

Cut off the power supply when the electric furnace shuts down

3 Non operators are prohibited from operating. If high-temperature operation is required, wear protective tools and assign a dedicated person to operate

When the electric furnace heats up, it is prohibited to open the furnace door. For emergency operation, the temperature controller must be stopped, the heating switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off before safe operation

It is recommended that all operations be guided by the installation personnel and do not operate without following the instructions
